Dr. Christiana Yule grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and attained her undergraduate degree from Goucher College before moving to the midwest to attend the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated with her DVM and returned to Maryland with her three Akitas and housecat, where she practiced small animal medicine and surgery for several years and got married before fate brought her family to northern Maine. She prides herself on offering the best diagnostics and therapies available to pet owners and she enjoys learning and bettering her skills daily. Dr. Yule enjoys a quiet home life with her second husband, their housecat, and several retired sled dogs that occupy most of her husband's time.
Jennifer moved to our area in 1995 with her husband and 2 children. She worked at the local hospital for 7 years as a nutrition assistant and moved on to a nursing home for 4 years as the Dietary Supervisor. Jen joined our team in September of 2012. She has excellent record in customer service and loves animals. Jennifer lives in New Canada with her husband and 4 cats.
Christina joined our team in December 2009. After working for many years at a local nursing home, she decided it was time for a change. She likes working with both people and animals and she takes great pride in her work. She is an experienced (but not certified) groomer and can often find time to give your pet a bath and a great haircut despite a busy schedule as primary surgical assistant, inventory manager and more! She resides with her husband, two children, and several beloved pets in Eagle Lake.
Amanda joined our practice in April 2014. Amanda grew up in St. Agatha, graduated from Wisdom High School. After graduation Amanda left the Valley to attend the Pennsylvania College of Tech in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. After five years she decided to return home to the Valley. She has a great love and compassion for animals and enjoys working with people. Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her two pets, Kenzie, her dog and Martini, her cat. Amanda now resides in Fort Kent.
